With DHL Around the World
Аirect e-mail campaign aimed at collecting market info from current DHL customers, as well as motivating them to read the updated info about DHL services and products. Selected database of DHL current customers received a personalized e-mail asking them to fill in 4 surveys in one year. The questions in the surveys are related to DHL market strategy. The campaign ran in 4 stages, each of which was dedicated to an exotic destination: India, China, Mexico, Russia. In return for the time spent in giving feedback to DHL, each customer who filled in the survey, received a small gift, which was symbolic for the respective destination. In order to fill in the survey, the customers had to click on a unique link, generated specially for them.
