TWIL is a new generation telecare solution for the Bulgarian market. Its purpose is to solve the growing problem of caring for the aging and disabled people in the country.

To provide a service that allows people to live independently and safely in their homes while having access to professionals who can meet their needs. We solve that problem through discreetly placed sensors in peoples’ homes, which monitor for abnormal activity or the presence of risk situations. The signals are processed in real-time and call center specialists are available to respond to emergency situations 24/7.

The project is implemented in partnership with the Norwegian company Avalia AS.
